Sorry...I would have opened up on that dude. The moment he started following us I would have had the heat out. You can't take risks like this, dude almost lost his vision or life because he was too concerned with being non violent. Screw that.

I'm sorry man, but the dude shot him in the face and could have injured him worse than this. And what if the dude was using a real gun. There comes a time when you have to defend yourself and the people around you. The dude was following him and harassing the hell out of him, I would have had the heat out on that nutcase and boom that would have been it. I'm not taking chances like this and hoping that this dude shoots me in the face and not my girlfriend or anyone else around me. They would have been calling the EMS to come get his ass with a bodybag. Thats just me tho. Good for him on surviving this hate crime but he should have used the gun on that dude and did us all a favor.

here's my problem with this....
What if dude is just a punk ass and now is trying to lay up the "self control". I'm sure he knew it was a pellet gun? His girl had the common sense to duck down this dude froze with his hand on his gun and now he's trying to paint it up like he's a hero?

Video - The guy shot him in the face to start with, the whole time the guy doesn't even pull out his own gun? Then claims because he saw someone behind the guy? ALl the while the dude is less than 15 feet from him.

Bare minimum he should have pulled out the gun and shot him in the leg and or at least attempted to defend himself, even if only to scare the guy away. Dude never pulled his gun son...he's biotch made.

You don't have a gun to keep holstered when your life is being threatened. And make no mistake you take that straight into the eye and it hits your brain that's game over soldier.
