The charts are made to make white people feel good and black people r to feel hopeless.

The white ego hinders on their status in society compared to black people

Not really breh. The chart describes the reality for the majority of black people in this country :francis:

This shyt will never end as long as we allow our oppressors to continue to rule over us. Once we separate and start to do for ourselves, these devils will have no say in what we do.

Life
But the "blacks" in Canada are white washed :what:
Come to Canada instead of regurgigating straight BS. Unless speaking like you have an education and aspiring to post secondary education is white washed now.

damn, that downward mobility one is depressing. something must be rotten in the culture if middle class kids aren't building on the small gains their parents worked so hard to achieve. other minority groups are building on the previous generation and we're falling behind our parents. :snoop: unless your parents are rich or even upper middle class, you should be doing better than them. that's the point of this, give our children a better life so that they can have advantages we didn't and build on that. maybe they find something appealing in the culture of poverty that they want a piece of that :martin:
Nah, fukk that. You should be better off than your parents regardless. A decent amount of billionaires had roots in comfortably upper middle class families (Gates, Zuckerberg, etc).

i'm not going to beat people over the head for not accomplishing the same things that a select few geniuses have. that's why i included the upper middle class. that's not an easy status to achieve.

Ok...so how do we fix it?

While i feel there is no clear single fix for the problems at hand, there are solutions as these issues are large but not insurmountable.

When dealing with the upward mobility issue it will take a communal effort to change this. Many ppl without often stay that way due to ignorance. Not meaning they cant learn but simply lack the knowledge. Some people in the lower economic bracket have skills, ideas and drive to do something that will make significant positive changes in their lives. Many of which have other issues (responsibilities, records, fear) that prevent them from striving to make these changes. For black people that have reached some financial sucess and that claim to care about black communities they have to share some of their knowledge and experience. Not everyone would get on board of course but just enlightening those that honestly want a change can give them the lauch they need to change their lives for the better.

In regards to middle class 2nd generations, as someone else mentioned in this thread the roots to these problems must be unearthed in order for correction to occur. The issue could be that some middle class folk have been too focused on getting to that status they forget instilling the drive and knowledge of how to sustain it in their children for example.

A lot of it is the parents don't know how to teach their kids how to get ahead.

And these same kids might not have the same drive as their parents, sometimes they are pretty content.
