- Hit the gym regularly
- Get in 3-4 liters of water a day
- slowly reduce meat consumption, not on some full vegan shyt but just eating It moderation (was/is the hardest part for me)
- Take you some zinc, vit d3, fish oil and magnesium supps
-Find and focus primarily on your purpose
