I got a workout for you my man.

6X: half deadlift
Push press
Squat
Push press
Bent over row
Half deadlift

Immediately hit the bag HARD for 3 mins or sprint skip for 3 mins. All the above is 1 set. Hit 6 sets with no rest. You don’t need much on the bar, even 25lb on each side will be a quality workout.

Yeah man 6 sets of that shyt sound extreme ..how much rest in between the excersise though.
My shyt with weights is
Lat pull down 3×10.
Rows 3x10
Either squats 3×8 or wack ass leg press 2×30
Overhead press 3 ×7
Some type of cardio

Bent rows to failure
Deadlift 3×3
Then finish up w curl or tricep shyt
Like I'm not playing bout this shyt I gotta put my work clothes on a lil but I frequently run 24hr plus days

Did u ever train mma ? I switched to 52 after finding muay Thai didn't work so well against other ppl who can fight tried to use plain English instead of terms like footwork breh I do this shyt u complain and make lil bytch comments online

No rest till death, pleighboi :birdman: nah just try not to. You can start with 3 sets and work your way up

No disrespect learn to change levels work on footwork too many unnecessary movements as well from the video/response you posted sounds like you lost to a grappler

20 twist crunches
10 bodyweight squats
Run in place or bounce like a fighter for 30 seconds
25 bodyweight squats
10 pull ups
25 reverse crunches
10 twist crunches
50 bodyweight squats
10 elevated pushups
Shoot for under 15 minutes ..if u not feeling a burn run it back
