Yall some fools if you really believe this. He specified they are looking at upping charges on people who committed violence or theft in the federal buildings only. That means most of the mob will get a slap on the wrist like trespassing.

The language used was way too soft and due to the number of cases they are claiming they are already overloaded which means they will be accepting plea deals left and right. He set the table to let them cacs off the hook.

They were all part of mob that resulted in deaths while committing a crime and sedition. They should all be facing murder charges and they can bring a rico charge and wrap them all up in it. If this was a mob of black folks this is what they would be doing. Anyone who even stepped foot in the capital should be facing 20 years from the jump. It never takes them any time to hit black folks with the most trumped up charges from the start. They are full of it.

If they could prove people in that crowd to be part of some organisation, and that organisation was committing illegal activities regardless of what they were, including sedition, inciting, etc so long as two illegal acts can be proved they could ( SHOULD) get the RICO statute thrown at them.


Just from a criminal justice perspective i'd love to see if the proud boys, oath keepers, and the other MAGA sets get prosecuted under these statues. Parler must have had communications indicating multiple criminal activities that each one of these sets were alluding to participating such as the storming of the capitol and perhaps transport firearms/bombs. This ought to be enough to charge all confirmed members of the sets that participated with the RICO.
