For me it was Glory
Nothing worse than that false hope that last scene gave with that music, and everybody storming the fort. Than the next scene, you see the rednecks throwing their bodies literally in the bushes
Prob the first movie i saw as a youngin when all my favorite characters got bodied at the end
Yeah, Glory is rough. Especially the part when Denzel is talking and he says I love the 54th. The 54th the only family I got.
Movies and scenes that make me feel some type of way:
Gladiator when Commodus's sister says, "He was a soldier of Rome. Honor him."
Gattaca
Malcolm X
Brian's song
T2
The Green Mile
^^^^I don't care what anyone says, but this is one the greatest scenes in the history of cinema. It's a combination of all the elements of film-making balanced in perfect harmony: theme, script, acting, cinematography, music, plot, etc. That's one thing I will say about Nolan -- when he gets it "right," he nails that shyt. I didn't cry, but I had the on extra secure in the theater.
This scene right here is some other shyt too:
And people say Will has no range.
