:patrice: I got a lil' choked up during 'The Elephant Man'. Didn't necessarily cry but the movie depressed me. 'Million Dollar Baby' was depressing, too. Good movie but it was sad enough that I could only watch it once. That ending with Clint eating in their favorite restaurant alone and when you realize he took two syringes but only used one on Maggie.

The same restaurant where he said to her earlier in the film, "Now I can die happy and go to heaven."

Homie had lost everyone and committed that off screen. :wow:

Edit: :damn:

For me it was Glory

Nothing worse than that false hope that last scene gave with that music, and everybody storming the fort. Than the next scene, you see the rednecks throwing their bodies literally in the bushes :damn:
Prob the first movie i saw as a youngin when all my favorite characters got bodied at the end :sadbron:

Man first time i seen this was in high school, i didn't cry, more so was pissed off. I'm like they were laying in that ditch for hours and when they finally get the balls to get up Matthew Broderick gets immediately killed :aicmon:....then they finall get inside and i see Morgan Freeman stop..then you see all the cannons i'm just :childplease: really? all this shyt for the movie to end like this :pacspit:

but as for the thread..didn't cry but eyes got watery on Best Man Holiday, I've never seen a movie purposefully make a 30 min stretch of nothing but sad scenes practically forcing you to be sympathetic for every problem going on.

I can't remember my first time crying on a movie, but i cried during Precious..I'll never watch that depressing ass movie again.
