As for the looks... I'm not sure what you guys was expecting exactly?
Unless it was gonna be identical to the original look, then what it looks like now is the natural progression.
I feel yall on the "It defeats the purpose" but at the same time. They got robocops in the military RIGHT NOW.
They look like humans n shyt. Can run and look like a human when a human runs. The shyt is insane

They can control it, and the beetles natural "something" powers the battery pack so it will never need to be recharged.
These beetles are still part beetle, part robot aka Robocop

In 10yrs, this planet will be on some totally different shyt brehz.
A couple of cities over from where I am now, they are installing camera's at stop signs and ppl will get ticketed if they run one... no cop needed

I like it. very modern. this ain't the 80's. everything now is sleeker, slimmer, more streamlined.so it only makes sense for robocop to reflect that. Now the color has got to change, and the OG helmet has should have stayed as well but all in all it looks aight. He better have external weapons tho, cuz other wise them iron man comparisons might kill the movie before it even drops.

I'm amazed by the technology but it's kind of scary. I know it's just an insect with a simple mind but scientist understand it to the point they can remote control it and make it fly (or stop it from flying mid flight when it's flying on it's own) is crazy. That battery that charges itself off the beetle is some real Matrix shyt, that is incredible.
