Why do apes still exist?
primates evolved from a common ancestor million of years ago. Its like a tree where the root is the common ancestor and
the branches are the different type of primates , us humans being one.

Your mentality, it’s very Cac-like. That’s humanity’s problem right there and is exactly why this corona business is here in the first place. Man getting too invested in his ego system rather than being more invested in the ecosystem like how we originally were. Thinking yourself separate from Nature and becoming a damn virus our damn selves....And what does Mother Nature does? Fight fire with Fire :francis: The thought of humanity having “dominion” over Nature is absolutely laughable, erratic, outright disgusting, and pure utter foolishness.

Like others said, we didn’t evolve from apes nor monkeys. We’re cousins and we share a common ancestor. Just like we went through evolution (all those ancient Hominids til we reached the current stage of Homo Sapien Sapiens less than 200,000 years ago, which is a blimp in the Earth’s history), those other primates had to go through their evolutionary process too.

Not true at all but we'll just go in circles because you athiests want to hang to your personal bias and be smug. Love you all.

There's lots of species alive right now that do plently of things better than us. Chimpanzees for example have a higher level of short term memory than modern humans. And there's species in the sea that can literally camouflage into their surroundings at the snap of a finger on some X-Men Mystique shyt

Not only that but it’s hella animal species who possess cognition, intelligence, and self-awareness that rival that of humans. Not just our fellow primates, but also whales, killer whales/orcas, dolphins, porpoises, crows, octopuses, squids, elephants, pigs, etc.

You even have insect colonies such as ants that form a collective consciousness and even certain individual insects such as a single honey bee that can process and map out information in a four-dimensional scale in a way that not even humans are currently capable of.

Honestly, I find it very humbling that humans aren’t necessarily the smartest bunch on the block as many of us have been led to believe. Some of these people such as that particular poster you quoted have the absolute nerve to claim that humanity has “dominion” over Nature, that’s some dumbass Cac/religious logic right there :mjlol: I promise you if it wasn’t for our collective brain power, we would EASILY be food to Nature. Both way back then and even today. It’s bad enough you got a multitude of creatures of various different sizes that are stronger and faster than the average human on some meta-human shyt but you even got creatures that are most likely smarter in some ways than even ourselves? Shiiiiiddddd they should go to Africa right now and practice out that “dominion” on an elephant without no punk ass firearms and see what happens :hubie:

The game is really enjoyable and I like that it doesn’t hold your hand. You literally have to discover things for survival and at first you are good for everything but gradually start learning to survive.

Because we didn't evolve from apes.

I'm sure whatever primate species that evolved into apes were drastically different from what exist today.

:yeshrug:
But the theory of evolution believes we are chimps, how do you take all that part out while still repeating what they believe?

Yes, the tree of evolution. Many of then exist, all of them on the theory that there are missing links (which till this day have never been discovered) so while that theory is cool, i don't subscribe

Everything evolves tho, some faster than others. None of those facts equate to proof. We can find an ameba from 60 million years ago but can't find a near human anywhere on the planet. Does that sound about right to you :usure:
