Do they have a base pay, or is it only tips? I keep hearing it either pays good or that you barely make $4 an hour. How are people getting paid so low?

Base pay is $3 and you keep the customer tip. Doordash will send you 5 straight offers paying $3 and $4 that make no sense you just decline them and take the ones that pay 7 or more and less than 5 miles. You knock out 3-4 orders an hours that's how you make $20+ an hours. Every market is different you just gotta do trial and error and never take $3-6 orders

Oh ok I didn’t know they paid different offers on orders. I thought it was just one thing. Do you live or work in a city? I’m surprised people say they don’t make money with it because I see a lot of people doing that or doing Uber/Lyft full-time, and I’m like there’s no way they are getting paid that low.

My wife is bad, I’m well respected in the community and in the boardroom and I pull close to 100k per year…after being a late bloomer. U gonna be alright breh. Just keep at it. My recruiter said they fired me on attendance but since last week I have had to use paperwork because the new time clock won’t take my cards. I told them that last week immediately. Even one of the supervisors emailed someone for me. I literally saw the bytch do it. I think they just decided to fire me cause they felt like it.
