they always treat Temps like shyt compared to regular employees in my experience. id never do that again
Bruh now that I have paid time off and paid vacation I would never go back to doing temp work again.

That sh is night and day and I have my manager begging me to use my time off because I’m always working and don’t see a reason to take off.

Being a temp worker they can let you go for any reason.

@Rozay Oro keep going up young breh!! You’ve come a long way even if there’s still a long journey to go. I done slipped up, got fired a couple times, etc. to get where I’m at today. In fact, the last job I got fired from it was a blessing in disguise as it allowed me to start the career I’m in now where I’ve been thriving.

Just keep working on your personal habits. Keep working on your people skills and discipline, establish some passions and goals for yourself and chase them. The rest will work itself out over time.

Either op is lying or he was terrible. Labor shortage everywhere right now :mjlol:
He works at a plant though. It doesn’t mean there’s a labor shortage for them. Nor does it mean that they care they are losing one employee. If they had a labor shortage they wouldn’t let ppl go. I’ve seen people not show up or call out consistently and they didn’t get let go.

You can be a damn good employee at a warehouse and not get sung any praises. Out of all the warehouses/jobs I’ve worked at the only one I got sung praises at was my last one as I out lasted anyone. They couldn’t find anyone that could do the work consistently without leaving.

And my current job right now in tech. I’ve always had an exceptional work ethic, but depending on the work culture you can get looked over easily.

OP get a cert and get you an entry tech support job.

You’ll be making as much as full time hires employees at warehouses while sitting at a desk in an air conditioned room.

It just some people can never get right. OP is one of them. I'm curious how you were raised. Why are you the adult you are today
Poverty, trauma, anxiety, low self esteem, depression and other emotional baggage. Didn’t lose my virginity until 19 or 20.

Sounds like me growing up.

My wife is bad, I’m well respected in the community and in the boardroom and I pull close to 100k per year…after being a late bloomer. U gonna be alright breh. Just keep at it. Sounds like inner healing is something you might also want to devote time to while you develop your work related skills (including your people skills).

Please tell me you eventually found another job then quit immediately without giving them any notice whatsoever.

To be fair, if you a temp, you don't owe anyone any explanation, just no show and peace out. Temps are not on contract, and companies can drop em anytime by calling the agency :yeshrug: OP lucky he got an excuse in the first place
