Before you look into another job have you addressed your attendance issues?
Cause I can tell you now I have done jobs I don’t like and barely even used my vacation time or sick leave.

They switched out the time clocks and shyt was rejecting my badge. I’ve been using the sign in sheets since last week because of it. They know. I told my recruiter that and if he could just find out for me if that’s the case. Mf is useless. Too late fukk it. Want a new job anyways
Appreciate that breh. I had older heads that used to tell me the same thing I’m telling you and when I was younger and I didn’t believe them. I was young, depressed, hopeless, traumatized and dealing with too much pain. I struggled breh, I struggled…in every domain. I was broke. Had no women or ratchets or frumpy ones. Had no career prospects. Little social life. But something compelled me to keep working on myself and eventually it paid off. The older heads ended up being right and everything turned itself around. My girl is nice, my job is dope, I got more friends than I keep up with at times, etc. It all came full circle. Just be patient, keep working and try not to let the bitter past colour your outlook on the future. You gonna be alright.
If you’re telling us the truth, sounds like the attendance was an excuse for something else. They didn’t want you. Maybe it was them or maybe it was you or maybe both. But if it WAS you, then you gotta admit that to yourself and make the adjustments. If it wasn’t you then fukk em, you don’t wanna work for people like that anyway. You’ll bounce back.
