Apparently Le'Veon Bell completely blew off the Saturday walk through, and players and coaches alike consistently disrespect Tomlin's "2 hours before kickoff" rule for arriving at the stadium

No one knew who Mike Tomlin was before we hired him either. I'm sure there were people saying "Well who ya gonna find better than Jeff Fisher?" before they found McVay. There are coaching gurus out there and I'm sure the Steelers have their finger on the pulse of that, even if we don't as fans. If you have hit a ceiling and have irreparable problems with a certain coach, you owe it to yourself to at least consider it

Yea can't excuse this. Tomlin lost to 2 of the worst teams in the NFL who have nothing to play for. Even with the QB troubles the Steelers should have at least won a game of attrition.
