Tomlin's record is as good if not better than McCarthy. When McCarthy, who underachieves with a better QB, is fired, yall can ask Tomlin be fired.
Honestly the only difference between Tomlin and McCarthy is a super bowl appearance.

They both have 1 ring. Both been to the championshp game 3 times.

We marginalize super bowl appearances now to put honkeys on the same level as negroes who perform better.....?

That’s mighty :mjpls:

Can someone compare Jon Gruden’s resume to Tomlin’s

Lol how is Tomlin not the problem?

The Steelers consistently play down to their competition and have no sense of preperation.

This whole fukking month we have quotes my nikkas of Steelers looking past Jacksonville and yapping about the Patriots and the fukking Jags annihlated these nikkas in the regular season!!!

That implies a huge level of arrogance and lack of focus.

Thats on leadership. Thats on the HC.

Ill give them 2015. Everybody was beat the fukk up.

Past two years tho? Unequivocal dissappointments that are the result of lack of focus and prep.

The NFC doesn’t have the Patriots in it.
Since 2000 the Patriots have as many Super Bowl appearances as the NFC has Super Bowl wins.
Since 2004 there was only 1 AFC Super Bowl appearance that wasn’t Manning/Brady/Roethlisberger

The NFC is more competitive because it didn’t have the top end talent that the AFC does which makes it uncompetitive.

Even this year, between the 3 teams still left in the NFC playoffs they have a combined 2 wins vs AFC playoff teams and 0 against teams not named the Bills.

I respect the patriots run but Their last two victories were last minute & some may question whether they were the better team. All those teams were beatable. Tomlin has no excuse No 1990’s cowboys or 70’s Steelers dynasty.

We’ve been gradually rebuilding our defense over the last few years. LeBeau, Polamalu, Taylor, Clark, Porter, and even now Harrison are all gone.
Lots of draft picks on the defensive end and this was supposed to be the year they panned out and Shazier goes down with a spinal injury.

I been saying this for years. Mike is protected because of our organization's rep but he doesn't deserve it. It's easy to defend him when he's not the one choking away big games & wasting the prime years of the best WR & RB in the league & a HOF QB, for your team...if he was some other teams coach I would probably be blinded by him being a cool ass nikka and defend him too.

His problem has been and will be DISCIPLINE until he finally grows up.

This team plays how he acts, immature, world beaters who can do anything. He thought that they could get that onside kick back because "we the shyt".

This team plays down to the competition because "we the shyt"

They didn't look past the Jags they just thought "we gonna beat them because we the shyt".

There is no sense of urgency with this team. You're down by three TD's but jumping up and celebrating a first down, celebrating TD's when you're playing from behind, there is no seriousness with this team and it starts with Tomlin.

I am the first person to say that Cowher was overrated and made binehead decisions but give him this talent and he easily has three rings at least.

Tomlin has to grow up or ship out. I don't want him gone but he's young, he came in the league young and had immediate success. Someone has to tell him "it's cool to be tight with your players but they have to be disciplined". That time is this off-season.
