He cant adjust now without tearing it down now because of the deals he made that have pick protecction in thew future...Hes backed himself into a corner where he has to continue with this core even going into the tax and hope its better next year....Hes made a mess of this team.

Heres the thing even if you trade OG or Siakam this summer and even if you get a good deal it wont be the same deal you had in February,itll be worse version of what was available because its less service time on those contracts...money in hand is more valuable than future money.
Even if you can swindle a team to give you 3-1st for OG in July its less of a deal than getting those 3 firsts at the trade deadline because you re upped on Poeltl and it cost you a top 6 pick for a meaingless play in loss....
