glad they won, they usually concede games like these so it was nice to see they kept fighting. Amir leaving his man wide open to run out on Jack almost cost us the game but luckily Lopez clanked it.
Breh, take your negativity somewhere else. I really don't give a shyt of what we should be. I am just going to enjoy who they are. And who they are, is a team on a 5 game win streak who is 32-15 a couple days away from febuary. I am cool with the Raps right now
You and me both. I got that patron on deck!
Good Friday game I'm leanin like a muddafukka
Nope imma keep the realness right here, this team is an absolute smokescreen of moist fakkity softness...Last years team actually gave you hope, cuz they were ALOT better defensively and actually beat good teams convincingly...
With that being said, our defensive issues have more to do with Casey's rotations than lack of ability from our players. Hansbrough is a terrible defender and he was on the floor during most of Brooklyn's run. Hansbrough needs to not see the floor at all unless the rest of the team is in serious foul trouble. Also, Chuck Hayes needs more minutes. Valanciunas can't be in the game against agile offensive bigs. And he needs to COMMIT to his defensive rotations. Too often he gets stuck in no-man's land on rotations, resulting in easy shots in the paint for opponents or bad defensive rebounding position.
Your not keeping the realness, your that guy. The no matter what the fukking sky is falling. That fukking guy, who will never enjoy the ride. Who will always bytch, complain and just be that dude.
Your this guy breh..
I'm not denying that but our D tends to be bad with certain players on the floor--guys Casey continues to keep in our rotation. The way the Raps D has ben playing, is concerning. This is a good 2 months of trash D.
Fans like Miggs are like that whining fan in Major League. The Raps could win the title and they'll be bytching about how it's a fluke and they won't be able to repeat. I pity their miserable existence.
5 wins in a row, playing in Washington tonight. A win tightens our grip on the 2nd seed in the conference. February is a tough schedule. After opening with Milwaukee and Brooklyn at home, it's Clips/Spurs/Wiz at home, allstar break, then back with ATL/Houston/Nawlins/Dallas on an insane 4-games-in-5-nights road trip, then back home for the Warriors before ending Feb at MSG against the Knicks. Being above .500 for February is far from a given.
I think the issue is you're expecting more from this roster than what they are realistically capable of. This roster as composed is not going to play elite defence. Big V is slow at rotation, Amir and 3Pat are too small, Ross, Vasquez, and Derozan can't guard anybody one on one...like A LOT of the players on this team are not good defenders individually. They are what they are. They're overachieving in all honesty and Casey is doing a good job with this squad overall, even if he has his issues with rotations.Next time @me
Second IF they beat Washington then theres no need to say shyt, but thats issue..they dont beat the good teams, they beat the awful teams and often times struggle to do it.....Beat an elite team and ill have "some" hope going into the playoffs thats this D can be fixed......were averaging 100.6 PPG against and we've generally been gawd awful since that west coast trip....no reason to be optimistic until they show something on the court...
Yall dumbasses getting mad but im just commenting on what im observing on the floor...
