Memphis next wednesday...We'll take at least 2 of those 3 remaining Bulls games...We did outplay them for 3 quarters...if we dont completely forget how to play basketball in the 3rd we win that game pretty easily....It stinks how this team always gotta be down to turn it on tho.

Jonas is just a dumb player. If you're in your 3rd season as a pro in the NBA(he's been a pro longer before the NBA) and you still bring the ball down to go up then you're hopeless. I swear even Robert Sacre knows to keep the ball high and go up. This dude Jonas gets the ball, brings it down, does some sort of awful shimmy and gets stripped and then looks at the refs. His fundamentals are trash. He can't jump.

If we had Vucci mane instead of JV the difference and impact would be night and day,a 7 footer who actually rebounds every night and can step out and hit 3s and mid range without stuttering like a damn fool...

Definitely one of his major problems, but that is something that can be drilled out with enough repetition. Hope they are working on it in practice.

I hate that trash 3rd year big man caca hes been a pro way longer than 3 years,he getting that bargnani brigade excuse BS...
Were gonna wait 7 yrs on this guy too and he'll still be postin 6 and 6 in 28 mins in his 7th season....

If this guy had another gear we would be seeing by now...im sick of the excuses with him,its nobody elses fault...If he showed any flashes of dominance hed be closing games out and get the ball alot more...He gets 20 mins and sits out the end of games cuz hes not very good...

bro, raptors have one of the woat developing staff. This isn't the Spurs. We either have trash scouts or trash coaches. Let's start with:

Araujo(bust)
Villanueva(traded)
Joey Graham(bust)
Roko Ukic(raptors fans swear he was next up )
Bargnani(nuff said)
PJ Tucker(traded or cut and look now he's a legit player)
Traded Hibbert for JO
Derozan(he has a great work ethic but his game is flawed)
Ed Davis(traded for Rudy Gay)
Jonas(bust so far)
Terrence Ross(bust so far)
Bruno Caboclo(TBD)

You're counting on the Raptors staff to do something productive when history shows they are trash.

this is who works with the players. jesse murmuys is awful and that loser bill bayno is just as bad

Crushingly poignant post by CantStop. DeMar has come a long way though. I wouldn't call Jonas or Ross busts yet. They are starters on a 7-2 team. They've got to get some credit for what they have done. Now if they plateau then yeah that's bust status. At which point we'll probably look at trades to reshape the roster and keep improving. But for now they've gotta play so we can see what we've got for more than a handful of games.

Ross has shown nothing but the occasional 3, doesn't drive doesn't get to the line. This is the best he will be a 8-12 at best point per game player

They need to to trade for a big man. Another team that could of won the Andre Drummond sweep stakes but opts for some athletic chucker name Terrance Ross.

Utah will be a team to watch in a year or 2. The talent is already there with a decent bench. Coaching is way better than when Porter was there.

Don't be surprised if Exum take's Burke's spot this year.
