They should've made a Mace Windu movie. I already had a cool black jedi with no backstory. You an origin movie nobody wanted for Solo, give me that with Mace instead. Hire a young black actor, boom you got my money.

It's over for this franchise. I could respect the Mace Windu suggestions but we talmbowt unlimited boundaries of space, thus unlimited story lines to explore
The franchise gate keepers fawked up the story line foundation by constantly revolving around known/popular characters
Had they given Rey/Finn etc their own lane without overlapping onto the foundation, then they'll have the flexibility to test new characters, build or scrap and start over
That flexibility is precious for when we move from this checklist PC culture, that puts feelgood narratives before quality story lines/developed characters

No. Why is that all these characters in a whole galaxy have to be related?
Just make him have the force and be a new character not tied to anyone.
