All of the finest women I come across 25-30 have at least one kid.
I disagree, but it requires a circle change. If you are looking for “round the Way“ girls that LL Cool J used to rhyme about, she probably got pregnant early and won’t see the outside of the neighborhood she grew up in. Once I started hanging around college educated folks, it was easier to run into them. The one problem, however, is that they often times are already taken if they are quality women.

The data is almost 10 years old but back in 2014 the mean age at first birth for non-Hispanic Black mothers was 24.2 years...the lowest except for Mexican and Native American women who were in the 23 range. 
Compare that to 27 for White women and damn near 30 for Asians.
Honestly, the best thing to do is find someone with higher education since they are more likely to push off birth. If you can chat up the lawyer, business, doctor, CPA types you will have better luck

That's a good thing tho. You would have the same demographic crisis in the black community that cacs and Asians have if there were a bunch of late 20s, 30s, and 40s barren black women walking around.
The only issue is marriage rates. Ideally older women would be simultaneously locked away from you by their husband and locked by their children.
Let's not lie to ourselves about how unnatural it is for you to be single man in your 30s looking for women. It would be carstrophic if women in our community catered themselves to your demographic. It was always part the deal that you would have to pursue early 20s women if you wanted a family in older years. And believe me, I'm saying this as a single guy who is ambivalent towards marriage and am in that older age group.
