What a fukking mess. They made a huge deal of it at the time and then nothing for years. Anyways friendly reminder you may want to do it. There's currently litigation which is why it was stalled originally and Trump said they were suspending fines for domestic companies but I wouldn't bet the farm on that.

ALERT [updated Feb. 19, 2025]: Beneficial ownership reporting requirements are back in effect, with a new deadline of March 21, 2025 for most companies. FinCEN will assess its options for further modifying deadlines. For more info, see notice.
