My wife is another person who $1000 is nothing to her. I pay the mortgage, car notes, electric/gas, car insurance, cellphones. All my wife pays is her credit card bills and the water bill.

They cant legally theres regulation in place to prevent predatory lending and dealers from doing this....APR is like 6-7% and thats on mediocre credit.
