6 ft I'm at 188 now I'm not exactly sure where I go from here

There is stubborn fat I can't seem to get rid of around my belly and under my arms that drive me nuts

I'm just trying my best to get as cut as I can now not worried about weight

People are telling me I should try to bulk now and get as big as I can muscle wise but I'm not trying to really do that


Just wanna be ripped I suppose

That last point is the truth. People hire a personal trainer when they should hire a nutrionist.

Not at your weight yet but I'm in the same boat as you. I hit a plateau and can't seem to break through. It's just hard to be disciplined in my dieting. I don't skip workouts but I'll eat back the same calories. On day 3 of this keto diet and I gotta say I'm barely hungry. I know nothing beats a calorie deficit but sometimes it's good to not try the same thing over and over. Switch things up a bit.
learning this is a constant lifelong struggle

183 at 6ft! That's my goal, except more like 195 due to my body-type.

How did you get your diet right?
Had to be just be super strict

Drink nothing but water and tea

No bread or yeast of any kind if you can

Gotta be smart and think before you eat anything is this gonna help or hurt my body

You only want foods that are gonna help look at it like that

nice progress. I really didnt have to change my diet up when i hit 12% BF, all i did was increase protein and cut calories but everyone different. :salute:
