Basically anytime you eat you eat healthy
Simple meal protein and veggies
No candy... No soda...No beer
Water or diet coke but i would avoid that
Everywhere i go now people that knew me ask me for tips or what is my secret...and i just say you gotta eat smart

I'm just trying my best to get as cut as I can now not worried about weight
People are telling me I should try to bulk now and get as big as I can muscle wise but I'm not trying to really do that

Not at your weight yet but I'm in the same boat as you. I hit a plateau and can't seem to break through. It's just hard to be disciplined in my dieting. I don't skip workouts but I'll eat back the same calories. On day 3 of this keto diet and I gotta say I'm barely hungry. I know nothing beats a calorie deficit but sometimes it's good to not try the same thing over and over. Switch things up a bit.
