was close to 300 pounds at my biggest now around 195....congrats congrats thanks thanks ect ect

but now that i'm at this weight

its becoming harder and harder to burn that extra fat on my body

specifically that little fat that hangs under the arm some :mjcry:

My diet is insanely strick ...i'm drinking tons of water...running...yoga...hit training :martin:

its like fukk what more can i do
i hate you fukks with the ripped genes :birdman:

Maintaining my weight around 183-187 decided not to aim for bulk but continue my journey to get ripped...it has been a fustrating process but can only keep going

Weight loss is like running

Less than 15 lbs, you can damn near sprint

15-30 lbs, you need to be smart and pace yourself

30+ you might need to take a break every 20 or so lbs. I dropped 25 this year... last 10lbs was hard AF and I stalled at 25. Gained back 10 when I quit but that was water and carbs. Waist is still small and I'm a lot stronger. If I started cutting now it would be a breeze.

Take like two months off, let your metabolism and strength rebuild, and then go back to it.

@Da_Eggman I highly recommend you check out www.HealthyMuslim.com and www.Mercola.com to get the knowledge you need on health. Health isn't just a 1 or 2 year thing, it should be an entire life/lifestyle. Try to be healthy and in shape for your entire life.
Main thing eat/drink high quality food/drinks in moderation, and get moderate high quality exercise, and get moderate high quality sleep.

Hard to say with out knowing specifics but you could easily be doing too much relative to calorie consumption.

Tuck front lever pull ups

I did about 5 and it got rid of flab under the triceps

You're gonna feel your tricep head burning though.

If you have a pull-up bar you can do with a Neutral grip

Its cilche to say but its not really a diet anymore...its a lifestyle

Basically anytime you eat you eat healthy

Simple meal protein and veggies

No candy... No soda...No beer

Water or diet coke but i would avoid that


Everywhere i go now people that knew me ask me for tips or what is my secret...and i just say you gotta eat smart
