Some of these character models do not match the voices.
Quest giver sounding like Joe Pesci but look like gat damn Mackelmore.
They need to keep homos away from epic action games.

XIII was decent to me. I enjoyed my time with it and I played through it twice.You right FF13 was garbage...Visually beautiful, but garbage and the story made NO fukking sense AT ALL!!!
It had it's flaws but it's become one of those games people like to pile on because it wasn't the kind of game they wanted it to be rather than because it was actually bad.
The story made sense but more than half of it is in the datalogs. If you just play the game and don't read the datalogs you won't understand what's happening.
XIII had glaring flaws but as an experience I'd say it's a 7.5-8 
Moreso than the linearity complaint I think the big issue with XIII was the dungeon crawling --> cutscene endless loop until the end. They put all of their cards on the combat system and visuals. Characters were trash too. I think the story was too much as well with all of the Falcie, Lcie, Gods, Ragnarok bullshyt.
That's why I know this game will review fine. They fixed all those above issues. And we will without a doubt get that AAA Final Fantasy experience. I just really hope the story follows in line with the "fantasy based on reality" tagline because that FFXIII story was just too much.
I think the scores will be higher than XIII, I'm seeing a 86-88 MC. I'm more interested in how this game is received rather than playing at this point because of the insane development it went through.
