The boss fight at the end of chapter 9 was so weird. I don't even know what the hell Luna was rambling on about with all this darkness and light shyt. The plot is almost as incoherent as Kingdom Hearts. The game still at this late stage hasn't bothered to answer the most obvious question; why? First we were on one quest then it got derailed for another quest and the second quest was very poorly explained. The exposition of the plot is this game is far worse than Final Fantasy XIII.

I'm getting Uncharted 3 vibes here with this paper thin plot stringing together a bunch of crazy set pieces.

Well, I just wrapped up a 3 hour session with this game and good lord the gameplay is fire.

"Noctis, Overhead."

"Magitek Transport."

The game at the beginning really comes together when you can fight consistently.

Ran into a level 29 Scorpion at night and my level 10 crew bodied it. Ignis' regroup ability is god-like.

What's it spoiling then? When you beat the game you get an achievement for it? The point of the game it to take back Noctis throne. There aren't any spoilers. Seconds after starting the game you seen Noctis like that. The lore of the game tells you the use of the ring ages it's user and it's in one of the pictures on the tutorial.

lvl 40, chapter 8... feel sorry for ya nikkas who rushed through this shyt...just did a cup noodle side quest on top of a volcano b. shyt was tight and i ran into 2 red giants for the first time... didnt even make a dent in those nikkas...

sidenote: i love the feel of one shotting shyt with a well placed warp strike + link strike
