it just aint for me. Triple Triad was one of the best FF minigames tho, ill give it that.

8 was trash. 7 was Godtier and 9 was solid.

Y'all are wildin if you think FFIX isn't regarded as one of the best titles in the series. You have one of the best protagonist in Zidane (personality, charisma, leadership skills, natural playboy who GETS the future queen and he's a super saiyan), a great ending and hella diverse cast.
The chibi style threw people off but as mentioned, it was supposed to be a throw back to the earlier series in terms of presentation and setting. Excited for the anime but on the fence about the age range in which they are marketing because I feel a lot of the darker themes and fights probably won't get shown or heavily edited but we'll see. Looking forward to see how they handle this.

Let's just say the game wasn't for everyone
The first disc was amazing. The game is pretty uneven after that. It also has that horrible GF make us forget plot twist. Rinoa becoming a sorceress till the end kinda gets back to being good.
