The decision to make these games launch as PlayStation exclusive games has clearly damaged their sales. We've reached a point where if you aren't a hardware maker there's no point to an exclusive game unless a hardware maker bankrolled it entirely.

These games should have been on PC day 1. Xbox probably doesn't matter as much but it wouldn't hurt.

When you launch a sequel that's based on you having played the previous game there's a good chance you'll lose customers between games. Goes double for switching hardware generations. They should have saw this coming. Also it's pretty clear had the game performed the way they wanted it to they wouldn't be in the media and on shareholder conference calls crying about a business agreement they chose as if it's something bad now.

sounds more like ridiculous sales expectations by the suits. It's happening in many industries. Delusional suits.

It's not flopping and made money, but not enough to satisfy their greedy asses and shareholders.
