For real, I don't understand how cats don't have issues with Qatar using fukking slave labor to build stadiums. This board of all the boards should be on the side of arresting these cats. Even if you don't like soccer or the fukking world cup they took money and people are dying in the heat. They deserve to rot for just that. Brazil got people to stand up for themselves. Them folks in Qatar ain't got no one to stand up for them.

Ok so why not arrest the Quatar officials and businessmen who made these plans as well??? :patrice:
Who's going to go to Qatar to arrest these officials?

Exactly. USA has no jurisdiction on the Qatar guys, but the officials in this part of the process can be arrested because the conspiracy took place on USA soil, passed through USA banks, and to some degree involved USA money.

no breh

the truth is America has been just as corrupt. The Qataris had more money and won it. The corruption was too much but our hands are not clean.

Sure, Qatar (GDP $203 billion) had more money than USA (GDP $16,770 billion). However much money Qatar gave would be a rounding error in the US government's budget.

Man, I hate this relativism shyt. :wow:

Yeah, the USA doesn't have clean hands, I'm certain. But it's like the guy doing 104 in a 65 complaining, "Look, everyone else is doing 75!" FIFA has obviously gotten insane brazen in its corruption, its far more corrupt than any American-based sports league or even the IOC, and someone called them out on it.

This isn't just money. Over 1200 workers have already died trying build that shyt in Qatar, and the estimate is that 4,000 will be dead by the time it kicks off, and most of them are Nepali laborers.)

This isn't just money. People died because an unworthy country used illegal means to get a project they never should have had.

Is this a trick question?

When has the U.S. ever interfered in foreign affairs for strictly humanitarian reasons? I bet the U.S. doesn't even know how many people died building those stadiums.

Russia is understandable for a WC host. But fukking QATAR?!? They were asking for this bullshyt especially when bigger and better nations like US, England, ect. was going for that bid.

FIFA dumb as fukk though. They should of gave the US the 2018 WC. Americans are known to glorify a sport when its a big deal(super bowl,NBA finals, ect.)
