Came and dug up my neighborhood 2 years after this thread started. Feb 2019. Gigabit fiber service form AT&T with (HBO) Max included. 80 a month.

AT&T no longer owns HBO anymore. how long u think they keep that deal going for u?
AT&T owned 71% of WB-Discovery after they spun WarnerMedia off and merged with Discovery.
Don't know how much it is now.

Still no word on it changing. Been having AT&T fiber for a while. Haven't had any issues either surprisingly

Been using CenturyLink fiber since June. Only have the 200 down/200 up package as that's enough speed for me. As for my experience, oddly enough, websites seem to load a bit slower than when I was with Cox (my download w/ cox was only 100-150mbps), but actually file downloads are much faster. I had issues with having to reset my connect every week to 2 weeks, but that seems to have resolved itself. CenturyLink's customer service is fukking terrible though.
