its in a store's best interest to have the correct dates in case police need to track somebody's wear abouts

they catch murders from store cams, from using the time to figure out how far they could have gotten in the area
based off local surveillance

his hat was nowhere near his body either or any near scene at all and he has one a white T not a grey one

do we know how close the cop car was from where his body laid ?

when the cop grabbed him his hat could of fallen off,there n then(trying to escape his hold),he took off running leaving his hat behind
