its in a store's best interest to have the correct dates in case police need to track somebody's wear abouts
they catch murders from store cams, from using the time to figure out how far they could have gotten in the area
based off local surveillance

It's inevitable that a black or brown person will be on the jury, and I cannot fukking imagine how they could live with themselves after letting this cac go free. I don't care how long the jury was hung, I would NOT allow a not guilty charge based on the information thus far, and barring some unforseen evidence that justifies the killing (un-fukking-likely).
Wouldn't be surprised if it's a majority female/wife/mother jury, and based on past history (Travyon) their sympathy will go directly towards the cop ("it was such a tough situation, how can we ruin his life because he made a mistake?") with absolutely no feelings toward the victim.
