lawyer on CNN tried to spin it and said some straight bullshyt... talkn about the defense gon say mike struggled with the cop because he thought he got caught on the robbery but the witness said the cop wasn't trying to detain them he just wanted them to get out of the street...
What's funny is, that argument is quickly dead when the cop says "Get the fukk out the street", even IF Mike thought he got caught at that moment he KNEW he wasn't caught.

how will the media spin this now?:sas1:

The legal expert on CNN made me go :ohhh: when he said this regarding the fact the cop did not know Brown was a robbery suspect. The legal expert said the cop did not know, but Mike Brown did know, so he probably thought that is what the cop was there for. So Brown thought he was going to get arrested and the struggle occurred. Apparently robbery is a felony in Missouri. I was like :ohhh:

Mannnn this case has some twists and turns.

Cop nervous as hell...the cover up is exposed. :sas2:

Glad its still a lot of rational brothers left in the thread.

Terrible cover attempt anyway.

Its been damn near a week since they executed this boy. Between all the footage we've seen and 3 separate eye witness accounts this is the best lie they could come up with :mjlol:

Look at dumb white people brehs :sas1:

(we didn't know he was a robbery suspect, but we saw a big black boy in the street and executed him after he responded to our request to put his hands up... With his hands up......
:sas2: )

What did he say?

He said they were going to use the robbery as a way of creating the idea that even though the cop didn't know Mike was the robbery suspect, Mike thought the cop was stopping him for that, and thus got into the altercation with him. Then he added the cop will most likely claim he thought he saw Mike holding a gun and/or claim he felt a gun on him during said altercation. Basically, they're going to make up a scenario that conveniently covers all their bases.

Any decent trial lawyer worth their salt would eat the police dept and their story alive..Unfortunately I think the family has employed that shaky n1gga from the Trayvon case under the suggestion of Al Sharpton..

Out of all the young, articulate lawyers coming out of ivy league institutions why do these cases always seem to get stuck with these "Better Call Saul" types?

:snoop:
The attorney who will be prosecuting this case will not be the family attorney. The family attorney is basically there to speak on their behalf and make sure they don't say shyt that could be used during trial. Just like how he didn't prosecute the Trayvon case.

In response to this, tryna think of some sort of solution to curb this trigger happy police force shyt.

I think it should be 100% mandatory than if you pull that trigger and end a life as a cop, you're instantly charged with manslaughter, no matter what. And you are tried in a supreme court or some other justice system than your local one. Every police dept has their lawyers to defend their cops actions.

Now you work backwards from that to prove your innocence, you don't have to go through some bogus ass PD investigation to see if it was a warranted kill.

Maybe this is a way we can prevent these fukking p.o.s officers from being so carefree with the lives of others. You pull that gun you better be shooting to disable, not to kill unless it's 100% necessary.
