This is why it's important for elected officials, leaders, and the community to go the police's neck IMMEDIATELY when an injustice happens. They gave the ferguson pd DAYS to withhold what they wanted, and concoct plans.

They know damn well that the officer didn't roll up on Brown about cigars. He had no idea that the incident even happened. And it's no coincidence that the same day they decide to release the cop's name, they also decide to be "transparent" and release those photos of Brown in the store.
