Think about it, the video only proves he was unarmed. The police report only proves this to be shoplifting.

You still don't get it. Mike could have been whooping the police ass and trying to take his gun. But once he retreated(no longer a threat) and surrendered himself, it's suppose to be over. Not an execution style murder. That's what the court is for, to seek justice.
