Do you feel that what is and has been happening to black people in this country is at a breaking point?

I share a lot of the same sentiments that people do in this thread, and the most that I can do is dap and/or co-sign accordingly. I typically don't have a lot of time to respond to a lot of threads here during the work day. I've been in this thread since day one as I knew that this situation was far more important than what the general media is going to portray.

I don't think that racial tensions will be going away anytime soon, especially in areas that are deep rooted like this (I say this based on the pics that have been posted w/ the confederate flags, etc.) and it's there are tons of areas that it's just more quiet kept aside from this. I'd say it would be approaching a boiling point only because the only way to address an obvious problem is to bring it to light and adjust from there. It's easy to armchair quarterback something like this and draw up a plan on a perfect world, but enacting it is a different story.
