it's a legit video. to me that is solid evidence, spur of the moment reaction to seeing someone get gunned down.

my question is....did these two people testify to the grand jury?

something tells me they didn't, or weren't allowed to..

there was an article saying a couple witnesses didn't want to go before the grand jury. I wonder if these were said witnesses...and if they were "persuaded" to not testify

or maybe they testified, and said the wrong things.... this shyt is so fukked up it ain't no
tellin. but this is the outcome when you have a racist prosecutor...

yeah one of those videos I think with a witness that probably either was persuaded not to testify or didn't want to...was that nicca that was saying "BruH' and "cuz" every sec that had the fruit juice and medicine on the table like he was about to make some syrup :lolbron:

I think this was the guy in the first video before his face was shown that kept saying "he dead bruh...he dead"

Who I am curious about though is Witness 10 who was a Black dude and the person the prosecutor relied on...who admitted they are worried for their safety after testifying....why were they so sure that is what they say but everyone else had a different story than him..this whole thing is just so confusing..

And I remember reading in the early pages of this thread that allegedly the cops destroyed a camera on the side of the apartment that would have showed everything.... :patrice:

which when i thought about ...sounds plausible and intriguing....since we know almost every hood has those sort of cameras inside the hallways or in areas where people may not look so the pigs can keep an eye on the community.....and all of a sudden in this case we don't hear about those cameras?

Same thing I was wondering. Can the cameras be manually turned off? If it's turned off, what's the penalty? Is there a log of when the camera is turned on/off?

This isn't solving the problem of police brutality. We've caught numerous officers on tape before committing crimes, but when the police investigates themselves, they never get tried.

Also something needs to be done about the relationship between the police and DA. For police shootings, a separate prosecutor should be assigned to the case and asked to do the investigation.

This is why I mentioned before that the police camera idea is fine but there are 2 issues...you should make it mandatory for all and as i stated before....they should have heavy consequences for cops who get caught in manipulative situations where they turn the cameras off or try to be slick....that involves heavy fines and termination of employment....

Also mentioned cops should only be hired for the specific community that they live in......or at least a nearby radius

This link below mentions six ideas that the Black youth activists told the President and as we would all expect he didn't follow up with any of them like the typical Barry

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/...sts-Meet-With-Obama-Six-Fine-Solutions-Emerge

some great ideas they had...

I wouldn't be surprised if they did destroy the cameras. think about this for a second...that alleged robbery that took place at that store....the cops confiscated that surveillance video within 2 hours of it taking place. and the prosecutor peg leg bob put it out that evening for the public to see. if the store owner didn't want to press charges...how were they able to get a warrant to confiscate the tape? that damn fast...?
it took them longer to get mike up out of the streets after he was murdered...than they did to get a video to put out that will tarnish his image. and help sway public opinion.
this shyt was setup In the pigs favor from the start...

shyt, matter of fact @jilla82 Darren Wilson himself told his sergeant Mike Brown had his hands up, which was recorded in the grand jury:

Page 13

Prosecutor Kathy Alizadeh: “Now, just in the interest of full disclosure, you and I had a conversation yesterday about your testimony today, correct?

Sergeant: “That is correct.”

Page 64

Prosecutor Kathy Alizadeh: “Is it still, you still stay with the fact that Michael Brown had his hands up and was charging?”

Sergeant: “That’s what Darren told me he was charging at me.”

Page 73

Prosecutor Kathy Alizadeh: “So at the time when he had his hands raised and he was charging at him, he shot, but it wasn’t at that time he didn’t have his hands like going for a weapon.”

Sergeant: “I don’t remember, I don’t recall.”

Keep in mind Darren Wilson then lied on national TV and said Mike Brown's hands weren't up during his ABC interview:

Stephanopoulos: “As you know, some of the eyewitnesses said at that moment, he turned around he turned around and put his hands up.”

Wilson: “That would be uncorrect — incorrect.”

Stephanopoulos: “No way?”

Wilson: “No way.”

No offense man but anybody even paying a slight bit of attention to this sees it for what it is.

There is no way Oswald acted alone. If he did, why did Jack Ruby kill him? And he killed him knowing he would be captured or killed himself.

Sobwas Mike Brown's hands up or nah? Is the grand jury testimony worth reading?

It's not confusing at all really.

Witness 10 is also the sole person McCulloch kept referring to in the non-indictment press conference....because his version of what happened aligned with Wilson's....but witness 10 was then exposed as lying their ass off about the distance between himself, and the altercation between Wilson/Brown. He initially said 300 feet then, under oath, cut it in half to 150 feet.

Now....if you can't tell a difference of 150 feet how reliable are you really?

Keep in mind McCulloch, who as the prosecutor is supposed to go for an indictment....that's literally the sole purpose for a prosecutor....ignored the inconsistencies in the witness that corroborated Wilson's version, but picked apart anyone who disagreed.

McCulloch wasn't trying to indict....in his entire career he's never successfully indicted a cop. Which either means he's incredibly incompetent, or wildly biased.

According to Wilson's sergeant his hands were up. That's him quoting Wilson....who then contradicted himself in the ABC interview.

So that ends that.

Damn you serious? :scusthov:

Hopefully this is the case cause I kept getting worried ...then again Piaget Crenshaw and Tiffany Mitchell were both interviewed after the trial and said they still stick by their word and Piaget(am i spelling her name right) said the prosecutor put words in her mouth.

It is pretty sketchy someone actually stated Mike/Wilson was 3 times the size of a football field away from him...

:dwillhuh:

That has nothing to do with what I said. Wecht is certified. I ain't with all that conspiracy theory shyt breh. I'm saying, dude's career goes back to before half of the people involved in this Mike Brown shyt were born. You see people discrediting and questioning the Brown family autopsy....and maybe rightfully so....but nobody is stepping to Wecht because he don't fukk around. They either keep quiet in interviews with him, or they don't quote him at all. He'll make people look stupid.

McCulloch's entire family is police....he's stated he's always wanted to be police....he's the absolute worst person available to try and prosecute a police officer. Which is what they banked on.

shyt....matter of fact....this was stated earlier but the STL. assistant DA handed out info to the jurors concerning use of physical force up to and including shooting, and when it can be used....for weeks they read over these statutes, which stated that even if a suspect is fleeing they can be shot....which obviously justifies Wilson killing Brown no matter what.

The problem is those statutes ain't been the law since 1985. Which again, either means the assistant DA was incredibly bad at their job, or was intentionally misleading the jury.

outside of ranting and raving online, what are you?
I was actually out at a protest rally last week for Mike Brown and against police brutality/injustice.

I've been signing numerous petitions to try to reopen this case and charge wilson.

I've used my own blog to bring attention to this case...and I don't even like to break character like that but I couldn't watch this go without trying to use the influence of having 3,118 followers to my advantage to help support Brown and his family during this trying to time.

As well...I'm using whatever money I have to donate to them and those affected by police violence. What else can I do outside of actually going down in Ferguson and fukking up these cops myself and facing jail time or death?
