America got clowned in ww2 as well
Sorry some of these are blurry. There wasn't much time to stop and take pictures. Plus I was trying to take birds eye pictures and I'm 5'3 so you can already imagine how that went.
This is the police car after it was rocked. Cops formed a line around it. Protesters surrounded them
this is walking up the middle of the FDR
Getting off the exit at E42. Coming off the ramp. The last picture, I was in the front of the middle section. It's a shot looking forward. Behind me there was about as much as three times the amount of people as what you see ahead of me.
Walking towards Times Square
the support from the people on the freeway was incredible. They were getting out and climbing their cars and chanting with us. So much honking in support as well.
It's too late to go back now...not that crazy...people can relate...white supremacy is everywhere...it is crazy that people are reacting to it this time...i wonder if it will stick or will people go back to living with it...
Its crazy breh I never thought I would see something like this happen in our generation Revolution is such a beautiful thing.....Man, I tell you whut.
I was just on tumblr updating my blog. Literally every post on my dash has to do with Ferguson, Hong Kong, or Mexico. It's all mostly Ferguson, but we are at a pivotal moment in our existence. Where people are waking up...and some want to go back to sleep.
I'm just kind of disgusted by the people that are trying to pretend that this isn't happening at all and are doing their best to avoid it. They remind me of those people who close their eyes when people get killed in scary movies. Children in adult bodies...that want to pretend that all the bad things in the world don't exist cause it doesn't happen to them.
Good point made right there breh.People don't know that JimCrow gave way to Hitler and nearly wiped out mankind. I repeat, Jim Crow planted the seeds that nearly wiped out all intelligent life on Earth.
Some of my family has become so americanized, that none of this matters to them. All they know is, a cop feared for his life, and was justified in killing another person.Man, I tell you whut.

Those "respectable pawgs" you love won't be by your side whenever some real shyt happens though
You thought that post was gonna get you 30 daps didn't you
It's been like 4 weeks since that thread. Yet you're stick thinking about me. About where I stick my dikk.
In a serious discussion about a dead black teen, civil unrest, an unfair legal system and blatant police corruption but, instead of addressing that, you're here, thinking about my dikk and why I'm not sticking it in places you approve of
Honest question. I thought this was Sports, Hip Hop and Piff. Somedays it looks like Black st0rmfr0nt or FruitofIslam.com I posted on SOHH back in the day. Nikkas got exposed everyday, Stan Wars were in full effect, Big Biz kept us fed and full with links to everything and JBO was like Sodom and Gomorrah. Shyt was I don't remember SOHH being so militant and angry. What prompted this change brehs?

Its because they are comfortable about where they are at in life and subconsciously don't want to rock the boat. I live comfortable too, but I'm not oblivious to history or what goes on beyond the tv. Sometimes, my family asks me, "how do you know that". I read. Every single day. A newspaper, a magazine, blogs, whatever. Ever since I was a kid. People don't really get their news anywhere else but from mainstream tv. I try, all the time, to get them to understand that the internet is for more than just playing their stupid little games. There are numerous outlets to get news today, but they insist that what is coming through their flatscreen is somehow more credible, more believable. "If its true, why isn't it on CNN or FOX?" All I can do is shake my head at their lack of a third eye. Honestly, it disgusts me.I was talking about everything I learned about this situation from this thread to my grandmother...who then passed it on to her family and friends back in St.Kitts/St. Croix.
My mom however...does not...and refuses to get it. I was helping them out with some groceries and trying to explain to her what was going on outside of what CNN/MSNBC was saying...not only did she not care about it, she even got upset and told my grandmother to change the channel when coverage of ferguson came on the screen...It's like she doesn't want to see what's going on really...and just wants to go by the story presented by the news...no matter how ridiculous and biased it is.
