Updated at 7:38 p.m.: At least 40 people are still waiting to vote at Lee Hamilton Elementary in Ferguson, but election workers aren't letting any voters in, Post-Dispatch reporter Stephen Deere reports.
Election workers aren't letting reporters inside to observe, either.
One voter gave up after waiting 45 minutes. He said 40 people were still in line for three machines for electronic voting. The polling place apparently ran out of paper ballots.
A worker from the county election board just showed up with more paper ballots.
