Prosecutors considering charges against mom of Darrien Hunt

Saratoga Springs officials confirmed Friday that prosecutors areconsidering whether to file a misdemeanor charge against Susan Hunt, the mother of Darrien Hunt, following a confrontation with police.

City spokesman Owen Jackson said he had not been informed of the details, but confirmed that some sort of confrontation occurred between Hunt and members of the Saratoga Springs Police Department on Oct. 19 in a parking lot close to where her son was shot and killed by officers in September.

Robert Sykes, Susan Hunt’s attorney, said from what little he knows about the case, two Saratoga Springs officers had stopped another person for an unknown issue when Hunt apparently came across them and “apparently got into it” with them.
"(Police) are under a lot of pressure and they’re doing everything they can to try and justify that (shooting), including blackening Susan," Sykes said.

My cousins dad... killed a couple of white guys back in the 60s after a small gnag of them kicked in his door and went up in his house... They didn't know he kept a shotgun near where he slept and so when they got to his bedroom they came in to the surprise of their life. These guys intended to do harm to him... because he'd just moved into town with my cousins mom who is white...
