Because they all admitted there was a struggle in the car, that means they confirmed Darren's story. The police and media want you to concentrate on what happened in the car, they totally didn't mention what happened after he got away from the car in these new leaks.

One of the tools of white supremecy is confusion. this takes your focus away from the real issue which is the excessive and abusive use of force against blacks. A lotta folks even in this thread are falling for the bait. Truth is what exactly happened in the car IS a hard case to prove for mike brown or the cop. thats why the media wants you to focus on that part. And you would be a fool to think every single fact and aspect of this case will favor mike brown given what we do know.
The witnesses pretty much agree there was a fight at the car and 2 shots fired at close range. The rest of the details are a he said she said and given the fact that mike brown had drugs in his system and his friend dorians credibility issues these cacs got yall arguing and fighting a losing battle about what happened at the car... BUT none of that is relevant to the real issue and none of that justifies shooting someone running away and surrending. Thats why they got yall only focusing on the aspects of the case that are hard to prove and favor the cop.
My understanding of that situation is the media spinning the same eyewitness testimony from Piaget, Dorian and them into "It fits Darren Wilson's version of events."
Example:
Eyewitnesses: "There was some type of altercation at the car"
Cacs and the media: "Mike Brown assaulted Darren Wilson inside of his car and he felt his life was in imminent danger"
So the prosecution which normally advocates for victims of crimes and puts on evidence biased against the accused in order to get an indictment is instead putting on the defense for Darren Wilson to prevent an indictment from even coming forward, and then they'll come out with the "We put it in the hands of the grand jury"
Nah, these are supposedly new "African-America witnesses who fear coming forward." Eight in total I believe.
