the off duty officer admitted to making a u-turn to go at the boys while seeing no crime being committed, then got out the car chasing them when no crime was being committed, caught myers committing no crime, and claims he fought with him then killed him. that is murder! he targeted them for walking down the street, chased them until he got one alone, and killed him. Even if myers did have a gun he had justifiable reason to use it.
