Yesterday (10/08) VonDerrit Myers was shot#17times during a ”pedestrian check" by an OFF-DUTY officer.

The police have stated that the victim had a gun, but eyewitness accounts debate that.

At this point we don’t know much. What we do know is that St. Louis Police Department has had a long history of lying.

Just spoke to an employee here at shaw market. He says he sold the 18 year old a sandwich and shortly after the boy left he heard multiple gun shots. I asked the employee how he knew the person killed he responded "because I raised him" meaning the boy frequented the store because he lived nearby.
