Not if Blacks were carrying out acts of terrorism

It wouldn't be perceived as acts of terrorism. The scab of slavery is slowly and painfully peeling away and the ugliness of what lies beneath is visible to the rest of the world. I think many in the global community would cheer us rising up against the white supremacist power structure. They would not classify it as terrorism, which is a term that is very American (i.e. White) in its origins. You grossly underestimate how many people would support a black revolution.
