This may not be the norm, but my experience in talking with europeans, I've noticed a different mindset than that of the american white. I'm sure other posters here could argue they've experienced otherwise but thats just been my experience.

In terms of white people who practice white supremacy, the USA is the absolute worst. With that being said, other countries have similar problems but nowhere close to the same level.
