Dude seems fine in the vid...didn't touch his face once. Other cop never gestured toward it or anything
Police have fabricated waaaay to much bullshyt to believe anything they say now. If Wilson's face had really been swollen in the encounter then why would he disappear the way he did? On his end that's the worst possible move cause waiting this long would give his face a chance to heal. he would have reported that much earlier instead of waiting over a week.
It's also way too late for the cops to drop this. They disobeyed the DoJ already by dropping the robbery vid early. Why not play your best card then? No pic, no nothing
Even if you take your emotions out of it look at it like this OR better yet from the officers perspective:
First, the officer didn't know about the "strong arm" robbery, saw the kids in the street, they said something so he put the car in reverse. The officer then tried to grab mike, I'm assuming to chastise him about talking back. If he did have mike by the throat or whatever & mike muffed/punched him & ran.
Through the FBI, wilson has already admitted brown ran away, but then wilson is basically alleging that he did shoot brown, but then brown got pissed & turned into the hulk. He(brown) then turned around to go after him to beat him up so therefore it left him no choice to TOS because his life was in danger, that's the epitome of his case...
The problem with that is wilson is asking EVERYONE to not use common sense because he's the officer of the law. What person in their right mind would run away from a cop that's shooting at them & then turn around to then chase the cop unless they had a death wish. To show how corrupt the law is in ferguson there is more than enough probable cause for the DA to arrest him but he chose to leave it with a grand jury which makes a lot of people very uneasy...
Over the past few days in Dallas, I went to a open Q&A with the Chief DA of dallas Craig Watkins to discuss the ferguson situation & just overall police brutality, I've been speaking with my baby brother who has been a DPD officer for 4 years as well as other cops & detectives on the force. The overall general consensus is they all agree that the ferguson police is on some major BS. The DA went all the way in on the them & I'm sure others around the country share the same concerns..
