Not sure I even have a solution breh, real talk. How do you stop an oppressive system from oppressing you, in a country like this? When the smoke clears the police department will remain - this isn't some middle east country where you can overthrow a thug regime.

Truth be told the cop was probably gonna get off regardless of what happened tonight. I don't mean to sound like a p*ssy or helpless but I just don't see a solution to black male life being worth shyt in this country.

I think rioting, to an extent is not only healthy for the ppl affected, it's therapeutic. I'd rather see things burn and take things (I KNOW ARENT FROM THE PPL THAT LIVE WITH/NEXT TO ME) than let my anger possibly get the best of me and perhaps commit a murder, or damage true infrastructure to the city that would affect more than a few cash registers.

A lot of the ppl in this post gotta chill 1x and take a step back. Regardless of the repercussions of this, as of now, our ppl (blacks/friends/family/americans ) aren't being slaughtered or raped, or whatever. They're frustrated a young man, with potential and a path, saw his dreams cut down. If this bothers you (which to many it does) go read a book.

For me, I been sad since yesterday because my city been crying. A lil fire and yelling does something for me. Better than bubbling at the surface all goddamn day.
