Rioting isn't supposed to be a rational act, nor are you going to hop in a car, go to 'white areas', and start what most people would deem an irrational act. How so?
That never changes public perception.
Black people at most have only been 13% of the population...thats not enough people to scare the whole country into changing policy...it doesnt even make sense.

Why would someone in Utah care about black looting in LA, Chicago, Detroit etc...?
Crime has always been an issue in these neighborhoods...its part of the perception of "out of control blacks".

This looting is horrible for public perception...it makes the town (and police department look like victims).
shyt is just dumb, and does nothing for the case.
