What if a guy rejects an attractive woman for someone less attractive?

Does this mess with a girl's head even more or do they think that something is wrong with the guy at this point?

i don't really agree...though i'm a nice guy so if i'm not interested i give them signs or ignore their advances most women i've rejected took it well or just persisted trying to change my mind...as has been mention i don't know of any girls really killing dudes for saying no ir breaking up..can't say the same the other way around
