She has people in authority positions in her program who she can address about this. THOSE people know the direct people in authority positions in the NCAA who they can address about this.
If that's happening, and she STILL feels the need to air this out publicly, then she could have just stated her case by airing out/addressing the person or people responsible for the oversight or decision. Those are the ones responsible for this problem.

"If this doesn't get you upset, then you are part of the problem" is a weird attention grab/shaming tactic that doesn't make sense, or help her cause.

I mean yeah, the NCAA Women's Tourney isn't as popular as the NCAA Men's Tourney but it's still the 2nd or 3rd biggest tournament under the NCAA (D1 Men's BB, D1 Women's BB, and FCS in whatever order), it's not equestrian status
