Female players want to be brolic like dudes
Those people ain’t gonna do shyt typical admin like in any field.Chick in the video has the wrong tone, and used the wrong choice of words to make her point.
She has people in authority positions in her program who she can address about this. THOSE people know the direct people in authority positions in the NCAA who they can address about this.
If that's happening, and she STILL feels the need to air this out publicly, then she could have just stated her case by airing out/addressing the person or people responsible for the oversight or decision. Those are the ones responsible for this problem.
"If this doesn't get you upset, then you are part of the problem" is a weird attention grab/shaming tactic that doesn't make sense, or help her cause.
I can’t believe so many people on this board are genuinely shytty human beings. There’s no point to even engage with some of you on topics like this.
How the hell is that effective lol. You think the NCAA doesn’t know what they’re doing?? The most effective way of getting anyone to change is usually some form of shaming tactic or public ridicule. She played it the best way she could.Tiktoking is cool, but I hope she sent these complaints up through her program. That’s the most effective way to get it addressed.
Are they in the same state?.Ok. So walk to the men’s side and use their shyt if you think you are going to be lifting “heavy”

Women's sports make no money. She should be grateful they have that. Yeah, I said it.
